How should you budget a first creative session?

Plan the still count before you open the AI image generator. A common social set is three aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). If each still costs one credit on your chosen model, that is three credits — within the five free credits on a new account if you keep retries low.

Prefer image to image when you already like a composition and only need a ratio remake or background cleanup. That usually spends fewer exploratory credits than rewriting text to image prompts from scratch. Video model runs cost more than stills; treat them as a second phase after the hero frame is locked.

When do failed runs and safety blocks refund?

If a generation fails with a platform error, credits follow the refund path and should not stay deducted. Check My Works / dashboard history for status and any error message. Policy or safety rejections at the prompt stage typically stop the job before a successful charge for a finished asset.

Public gallery approval is separate from machine safety. Enabling Publicly visible may place a still in pending review without changing how the generation itself was billed. Details: FAQ and Terms.

Daily check-in and expiry rules

When daily check-in is available, reward batches expire at the next calendar day’s 00:00:00 boundary under the active > now rule — not at midnight earlier the same day. Purchased plan credits are generally valid for one month from the add date. Always read the expiry on your credit ledger in the dashboard before starting a large batch.

If a balance looks wrong after a refund or check-in, refresh the dashboard and credit history, then contact support with your account email and timestamp. Do not assume an “already checked in” message means new credits just arrived.

Practical credit scenarios

How do batch size and model choice interact?

Raising image count multiplies the credit line on the Generate button. A four-image batch is useful for exploration only when you truly need diversity; for production, generate one, score it, then branch with image to image. Expensive video models should almost never be batched until the still storyboard is approved.

If you switch models mid-brief, keep the same aspect ratio and subject sentence so you can attribute differences to the model path rather than to a rewritten prompt. Independent comparisons such as vs Midjourney explain trade-offs without implying affiliation.

What to do when the balance looks wrong

Refresh the dashboard, open credit history, and note the timestamp of the last Generate. Confirm whether the job failed, is still processing, or completed. Refunds for failures follow the platform path; already-checked-in days do not mean a second reward just arrived.

If numbers still disagree after a few minutes, email support@flyingmob.com from the account address with the image or order ID. Do not open parallel purchases while a refund is pending unless you intentionally want more credits.

For planning larger shoots, map stills first and video last. A Professional pack (300 credits) suits teams that ship weekly catalogs; Basic (10 credits) is enough to validate one SKU path. Always re-check live model costs in the workspace because per-model pricing can differ from examples on this page.
