deep-imager provides online services including AI image and video generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate any part or all of the services at any time. Third-party model and brand names mentioned on the site identify optional model access, style compatibility, or independent comparisons only. deep-imager is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those trademark owners.
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account. When using our services you agree not to upload illegal, infringing, obscene or otherwise objectionable content; not to abuse or disrupt the service; and to comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
Platform content (e.g. interface, logos, copy) is owned by us or our licensors. For content you generate using our services, as a paying user and subject to our policies, you retain applicable rights; you must ensure you do not infringe third-party rights.
Services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services. We are not responsible for user-generated content; users are solely responsible for what they upload and publish.
We may revise these terms and will publish changes on this page. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may stop using the services. We may terminate or restrict your access when necessary.
When you enable “Publicly visible,” your generation may appear in the public gallery after review. You remain solely responsible for prompts and outputs you create or publish.
Prohibited content includes, without limitation: illegal content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; extreme violence or gore for shock value; hate or harassment; clear copyright or trademark infringement; scams; and malware or phishing material.
Moderation: We use automated safety checks on prompts and outputs, plus human review for public gallery submissions (pending / approved / rejected). We may hide, remove, or refuse to publish content, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules. Machine safety blocks are separate from manual gallery approval status.
Reporting: To report gallery or user content, email support@flyingmob.com with the page URL, image ID if available, and a short description, or use the Report link on gallery detail pages. We aim to review reports within a reasonable time and take action when warranted. See also our Contact page and Privacy Policy.
