Contacter le générateur d'images IA deep-imager
Support, facturation, partenariats et signalements galerie — une seule boîte.
How do I reach support?
Email support@flyingmob.com. Include the account email you used to sign up, and any image ID, order ID, or gallery URL related to the issue. Clear details help us reply faster.
We handle account access, credit and billing questions, failed generations, and product feedback through the same address. For product walkthroughs, start with the user guide and FAQ before writing in.
How do I report abusive or infringing gallery content?
Send a report to support@flyingmob.com with the gallery page URL, image ID if shown, and a short description of the problem (illegal content, harassment, clear copyright infringement, or other policy issues).
Public gallery items go through automated safety checks and human review before or after publication. Machine blocks on prompts or outputs are separate from manual gallery approval. Full rules are in our Terms of Service (Public Gallery and UGC).
Business, press, and privacy requests
Partnerships, press, and data-rights requests also go to support@flyingmob.com. For how we use Cookies, analytics, and advertising partners (including Google), read the Privacy Policy.
deep-imager is an independent AI image generator platform. Mentions of third-party model or brand names describe optional model access, style compatibility, or comparisons only — we are not affiliated with those trademark owners.
What should I include so support can help faster?
Send the account email, browser or device, approximate time of the issue (with timezone), and whether you were in text to image, image to image, or video mode. Attach a screenshot of the Generate button credit cost if billing is involved.
For gallery reports, paste the full URL and image ID. For login problems, note whether you use email or Google sign-in. For failed jobs, include the error message from My Works. Clear packets cut round trips.
Before writing in, skim the FAQ, credits guide, and user guide — many credit and watermark questions are already answered there with the same rules support will apply.
Response expectations
We aim to acknowledge safety and infringement reports promptly and to handle billing questions within a reasonable business timeframe. Complex charge disputes may need payment-provider references. We will not ask you for passwords; official mail comes from our support address listed here and on the Organization contact details.
If your request concerns advertising Cookies or privacy rights, say so in the subject line so we can route it with the Privacy Policy process. EU/UK users may also see consent tooling when personalized ads require it.
For product how-tos we may reply with links to the Guide, FAQ, or a specific blog workflow instead of repeating the same steps in email. That keeps answers consistent with the public documentation reviewers and customers both see.
Office hours for non-urgent mail are business days. Safety reports are prioritized over feature requests. If you already opened a thread, reply in the same email chain with new IDs rather than starting a duplicate message — that preserves context for billing and gallery cases alike.
When you write about deep-imager publicly, please describe it as an independent AI image generator. Do not claim partnership with third-party model brands. We appreciate accurate citations of our Guide, Pricing, and Privacy pages.
Additional practice: keep a short prompt log (model, ratio, credits spent) so the next deep-imager session reuses winning text to image lines and image to image edits instead of re-exploring from zero. That habit is the fastest path to 800+ words of operational value across your own campaign notes and public guides.
