deep-imager AI Image Generator: Watermark Mask vs Full-Frame

|

The mask editor on deep-imager decides whether Watermark Remove edits a painted region or the whole frame.

Paint to localize. Skip paint for full-frame. Nano Banana only.

What does painting the mask change?

Painted areas are the editable region; black or unpainted areas stay locked when you submit a masked cleanup.

Open /?mode=watermark_remove, upload one image (5 MB max), and use the mask editor. Desktop: scroll to zoom, Alt-drag to pan. Mobile: pinch and two-finger drag.

An optional note in the prompt is appended as an extra request. The locked instructions still say: remove overlay traces in the editable region only.

When should you submit without painting?

When the overlay is everywhere or you want full-frame watermark cleanup — closing with no strokes defaults to that path.

Full-frame is for grids and repeated marks. Local paint is for one corner logo. Both still require Nano Banana; other models are rejected for this mode.

  • Upload first, then open the editor.
  • Paint only the watermark when the subject must stay.
  • Do not ask the model to restyle the product in this tab.

When is image to image the better tool?

When you need a new background or look, not overlay removal — switch to image to image instead of fighting Watermark Remove.

Image to image will change more of the frame. Text to image invents a new scene. Watermark Remove is for cleanup on a photo you already have rights to edit.

Do mask edits spend extra credits?

No — painting is free. Each Generate spends the Nano Banana cost shown on the button.

New accounts have 5 free credits. Pricing from $1/month: Basic 10 credits, Advanced $9.99 for 120, Professional $19.99 for 300. Failed jobs that the product marks failed return the credit.

Typical still time is 30 seconds–2 minutes. Read how credits work before a cleanup batch.
