Forgot password on deep-imager restores email login — it does not wipe credits or your generate history.

Who should use Forgot password?
Email-and-password accounts. Google sign-in users return through Sign in with Google instead.
On the login page, open Forgot password, enter the account email, and follow the reset link from mail. The link is valid for about one hour. The reset form needs a new password of at least 6 characters.
If you only ever used Google, there is no password to reset — use Sign in with Google. See Google sign-in and five credits.
What stays the same after a reset?
The same user record: credits, Messages history, and Publicly visible preferences.
You do not get a second 5-credit signup grant. Paid packs and check-in batches stay on that account. Open text to image and continue where you left off.
If mail never arrives, check spam, wait for the rate window, then write support with the account email — never put a password in a prompt.
- Reset only from the official forgot-password page.
- Use a new password you have not reused elsewhere.
- Sign in, then generate — do not create a duplicate email account.
Can you reset while an image to image job is pending?
Yes — password reset is separate from generate. Pending or completed stills stay in Messages under the same user.
Finish or wait for a run if you care about that still, then reset. Image to image uploads already on a job are not deleted by a password change.

Does resetting cost credits?
No — forgot password and reset are free account actions.
New accounts still start with 5 free credits on first register. Plans on pricing from $1/month: Basic 10 credits, Advanced $9.99 for 120, Professional $19.99 for 300.
Failed generates that the product marks failed still refund. Typical still time is 30 seconds–2 minutes.
