Where do you send a support note?
Email support@flyingmob.com from the Contact page, and include the account email you used to sign in.
Add an image ID, order ID, or gallery URL when you have one. Say whether you were in text to image, image to image, or video, and paste the error from Messages if a run failed.
Start with the Contact page, the FAQ, and the user guide so the note is only what those pages do not already cover.
How do you report a public gallery still?
Use Report this image on the gallery page, or mail support@flyingmob.com with the subject Gallery content report and the full URL.
Describe the problem in a short line: illegal content, harassment, or a clear copyright issue. Machine blocks on prompts are separate from human gallery approval — see how gallery review works.
Rules for public stills are in the Terms of Service. Do not put a report inside a text to image prompt.
Which billing details help a credit question?
The plan name, the Generate button cost you saw, and whether the still completed or failed.
A completed image to image still keeps the credit. A product-marked failure returns it. Pricing packs are on pricing from $1/month.
Privacy and cookie questions can use the same inbox; say so in the subject and read the Privacy Policy.
What will support not ask you for?
Your password. Official mail uses the support address listed on Contact and in the site organization details.
